Return and refund policy

Payment Policy.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment can only be made by credit or debit card. Payment is deducted from your account at the time of order and/or at the beginning of registration. You will not be charged more than the approved amount at the end of your purchase.

Any purchase over €100 will be subject to additional verification and security measures such as 3Ds Secure.

Automatic recurring billing - Subscription

Subject to the terms and conditions of this website, subscription fees may be automatically renewed at the end of the initial period selected or thereafter, for a similar period and for a similar or lesser amount, unless you have given notice of cancellation. Unless and until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms, you authorize the Website to bill you using your selected payment method and to pay the continuing cost of the subscription using the same payment method.

By agreeing to these terms of use, Subscriber agrees to be registered for a 3-day trial period for the price of only €3 and acknowledges that if Subscriber does not cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period, Subscriber will be automatically registered for a full subscription at the price and terms chosen at the time of registration. In addition, the Subscriber authorizes us to charge the cost of the subscription for the next billing cycle. This charge will appear on the Subscriber's credit card statement.

Subscription refund policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will continue only until the end of the current period you have already started and you will not be charged for any additional subscription period. We do not offer refunds as cancellations are made immediately after the start of the period. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our subscription service, we may, in rare circumstances, consider a refund up to a maximum of two subscription periods. If you have a complaint about our enrollment service, please email it to our customer service department and we will make a decision within 3-4 business days.

Product refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy (the standard, legally approved policy is 14 days). This period starts from the day you receive delivery of the purchased products. You may return a product for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging.

In the case of sealed products that cannot be returned for sanitary or hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal ends if the products are unsealed after delivery.
