If you are not packing or shipping, we can change your order. Please contact us with your new data to see if this is possible.
Sometimes the tracking information is incorrect and packages are indicated as delivered before they have actually arrived. Your order will probably be delivered within a few days, but we advise you to check with your neighbours and/or the post office in the meantime! If you do not receive your order within a few days, please contact us and we will solve the problem immediately.
Yes, we are about to receive your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order by clicking here.
Once the order has been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address.
We are very sorry for the delay of your parcel! Even if the tracking does not indicate it, we can assure you that your parcel is still on its way. Please note that orders are usually delivered within 1-2 full working days. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Our products are usually shipped within 1 or 2 working days (working days do not include weekends or holidays)! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number.
